Looking for a sweet, after dinner treat that's fast and easy to make? These classic desserts come together in 10 minutes or less.

Chocolate Milkshake
Chocolate Milkshake
Besides being delicious, there's a reason this dessert is a classic. It's fast and simple.
See this recipe from The Chocolate Hog for a tasty, chocolate milkshake that's made with just ice cream, milk and chocolate.
Ice Cream Sandwich
Ice Cream Sandwich
Use store bought chocolate chip cookies (the big flat ones from the deli work really well), sandwich softened ice cream between them, then pop them back in the freezer until you are ready to eat dessert!
Ice Cream Float
Ice Cream Float
The laziest -- and most delightful -- summer dessert is a lot more versatile than we realized.
All you need is something frozen and scoopable (sorbet, sherbet, gelato, semifreddo) + something liquid and fizzy (soda, seltzer, beer, prosecco). Put them in a glass and you have a lazy summer dessert that will make people smile and earn you lots of points.
On this post from Food 52, you'll find links to some of recommended float combinations, including:
